500 GMS UDATH DAAL
250 GMS RICE
Take daal and rice in different bowls and wash them nicely now add water to it let it rest for 10 hrs
after 10 hrs wash daal and rice and drain all there water.Now mix them and grin them with adding very little water.the batter Now let the batter rest over night in room temperature for fermentation. After fermenting the batter it is ready to use.Now take little batter
in a bowl and add little salt to it.also add little water to it until the batter becomes of flowing consistency.now take the batter in a big spoon and spread the batter in a circular motion on the frying pan (don’t spread on a heated frying pan)now ON the gas on high flame.after a min spread ghee on the pan.now flip the roti slowly and cook for a min on another side.our mash ki roti is ready to serve.
