In this video I will be explaining the best diet for weight loss I’ve been able to find which is the Ketogenic diet. Some call it the Atkins diet and it’s similar to the Paleo diet but better in that it’s the best way to lose weight in my opinion. I bet a lot of you have tried other diets like the south beach diet or weight watchers or just plain starving yourself. The model diet keto diet is a way better options because it works with how your body naturally functions.

I will explain how to get keto adapted on the ketogenic diet which is really important. I will also explain which foods are the best foods for weight loss. All the information I’m giving you is aimed at beginners dieting on the ketogenic diet or the atkins diet for the first time. I break it down into 3 different tiers or phases of the atkins diet or ketogenic diet.
