These frozen protein peanut butter cups are a great way to kick a craving. High in protein and they only take 2 minutes to make. What more could you ask for? (Probably a lot…but these will do for now!)

Here is the recipe:

6 Large (Pasteurized) Egg Whites
40 Grams Protein Power
1 Packet Sweetener
2 Tablespoons Peanut Butter
1 Tablespoon Cocoa Powder
Silicone Muffin Cups (12)

Use a protein shaker/bowl to mix together all of the ingredients. Pour the mix evenly into your 12 silicone muffin cups. Throw them in the freezer for around 2 hours. Devour!

Tip: Let them thaw out for 5 minutes before eating them
