After hitting a plateau in my weight loss journey, I’ve decided to try Carb Cycling.
Carb Cycling is a method of using high and low carb days to help increase fat loss & today is my Day 1.
I’ll be doing 2 low carb days followed by 1 high carb day so that my body doesn’t get used to not having carbs & plateau.
I will keep you guys posted on how this style of eating works for me over the next few weeks.
