10 HCG Diet Cheats To Combat Hunger Pains



Hunger is a major complaint from many HCG Dieters.
Dave and Dr. Kepo’o list 10 ways to combat HCG Diet Hunger without ruining your diet. In fact, these will actually HELP your diet because now you know the foods and things you can do to improve your weight loss and know a few foods you can take that are HCG Diet approved!

1. Water: drink at least half your body weight in ounces (200lb person should drink 100 ounces a day)
-help your body absorb water with X2O (

2. Tea: any tea you want
-peppermint curbs your appetite

3. Pickles: cucumbers+vinegar = HCG Diet approved!
-don’t get pickles with sugar or high fructose corn syrup

4. Greens:
-use all three or any mix for a great salad

5. Chicken Bullion: very few calories, great taste

6. Beef Jerky: great for protein consumption
-good protein vs carbs ratio

7. Apples: great for “Cheating”
-no insulin spike
-low on glycemic index
-very convenient

8. Tomatos: add to salad
-also convenient

9. Celery: NEGATIVE CALORIE FOOD!
-takes more calories to digest than it provides
